Creating content that is informative while still being entertaining and amusing can help spread your message more easily. Go over common fire hazards and ways to avoid them so that your students can practice better fire safety in their day-to-day lives. This can also be incredibly useful in distributing information about fire alarm protocols so students can be ready in case of an emergency.
Evacuation Drills
Run evacuation drills. It’s a guarantee that people will grumble about the time this takes, but in reality, fire drills are often quite short and they’re a critical part of campus fire safety. There are thousands of people coming to your campus nearly every day, and all of them need to know where the exits are and how to reach them when a fire alarm goes off.
